Description:
A tower defense type strategy game with a sci-fi twist and good depth. One of the best of this genre with great graphics, six different stages and lots of turrets and upgrades allowing for various strategies for success.
Instructions:
The goal of the game is to prevent the aliens from moving from the entrance to the exit of each stage. Aliens come in waves, ground aliens have to move within the confines of structures and walls whereas flying units move in a straight line unhindered.
Controls: LEFT CLICK to select a turret/wall, the properties of each type are displayed on the right hand panel and the range is displayed as a dotted red line. LEFT CLICK on the field to place the turret provided you have enough funds. You can also upgrade or sell existing structures by LEFT ClICKING on them then clicking Upgrade or Sell from the right panel.
Tips: Place turrets/walls in such a way in order to create a maze into which the aliens have to travel through. Strategically upgrade and combine different types of structures for maximum effectiveness. Watch out for flying waves which may render your ground strategy ineffective.
Your progress is saved after you complete each stage so you can come back and continue the game.
